Monthly Dues & Fees

How much is my Association fee?

As of 2025:
1/1.5 Princess Models - $460.00
2/2 Empress Models - $485.00
P Penthouse Models 2, 4 - $460.00
P Penthouse Models 6 - $465.00

Common Area Master Insurance, Common Area and Inside Units Pest Control, Landscaping Services, Management Fee, Reserve Contribution, Trash Collection, Water, Sewer, Elevator Maintenance, Roof Maintenance, Janitorial Services, Castle Executive Rec Fee (Pool and Clubhouse).

For a better understanding, please review the community Annual Budget for a detailed breakdown of the costs covered by your monthly payments.

Maintenance is due on the 1st each month. A late fee of $25 is applied on the 11th if no payment is received

What is the application process for a sale, rental, or new occupant?

Fill out the form and gather the documents, submit Application Package to the Management Company, wait up to 30 days.

$150.00 application fee per applicant over 18 (one fee per married couple)

What are the Association’s parking rules?

There are no passes, but be mindful of how long you park in a guest spot

Do I need approval to renovate or remodel my unit?

Are pets allowed?

Yes, 1 per unit, either a dog or a cat, up to 25lbs

Do I need to notify the Association when moving?

Yes

Mail & Packages

Where is the mailbox area located?

In the building lobby.

Call a locksmith. Mailboxes are federal property, and management has no jurisdiction over it.

Pest Control

Does the Association provide pest control services?

Yes, monthly. Inside the units as well as In common areas.

If you have a medical condition, please provide a letter from your primary doctor.

Meetings & Community Events

When are Board and Annual Meetings held?

Per Association ByLaws, the Annual Meeting is to be held any day in December. Notices will be sent 60 days in advance.
